Growing up as a sufferer of food sensitivities, I sought out to study holistic nutrition to help me identify what types of foods I needed to avoid in order to maintain optimal health. Through my studies, my passion to make allergy friendly food became clearer and I then decided to embark on a culinary journey that led me to the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC. There I began to enhance my culinary knowledge and skills that I have been refining in the health food industry over the past decade.

With my foods I wanted to ensure purity and quality in everything I prepare. Having quite the sweet tooth, I found that all the allergy friendly snack options I came across to be lacking in flavour and quality as many options would have refined sugars or preservatives that are not natural. After years of trial and error, I have finally perfected the ultimate brownie for my fellow allergy sufferers and chocolate lovers.
